They don't even deserve one star. I bought an ornament for 30 bucks, way overpriced but that was okay. It was a gift and when I went home to wrap it, it was broken, they sold it to me in a box and stupidly I didn't check it before I left the store. I went back the next day only to be told I couldn't exchange or get a refund unless approved by a manager who conveneintly wasn't there for a few days. I ended up buying another ornament. I called the manager when he was back at the store and he was so rude and told me that I would not be getting a refund, credit, nothing. I will not give them anymore business and I will tell all of my friends. Horrible customer service. I will take my business elsewhere and I hope that they close the store.
