I HOPE MY HUSBAND DOESN'T DIE OF AN ANEURYSM. My maid of honor threw me a pre-bachelorette gathering here last year and we had a great time so I decided to have everyone meet us for a pre-birthday celebration here again last night (11/20/2010). The waitress was rude... when we asked for some extra olives for the Mexican Martinis that we were having, she came back and just slammed them on the table. My husband shows up and orders appitizers for the table. Another waitress comes out with three heavy plates and bumps my husband right in the temple with the corner of the plate!!! What is worse is that she didn't even apologize! She came back a few seconds later with some condiments and still no response. It was like she was a mute!!! The whole table was shocked. We asked to speak with the manager. Jennifer came out while my husband was in the restroom looking at the huge knot that was forming on his temple. She said that she was the manager and sat down... She didn't even ask us what happened or what she could do for us... just that my husband had ran into the plate himself. She said that they have surveillance tapes and asked him if he wanted to see it... he said yes and she retracted and said that she would be the only one to be able to see it. Her husband the cook came out and took my husband to the restroom to look at the knot on his temple and told him that he doesn't know where that could have come from. Jennifer told me that the waitress told her that she apologized and asked me if I was calling her employee a liar. What ever happened to good ol' customer service? Taking care of your patrons that eventually pay your bills! We had a total party of 8. That's 8 people that now will never dine at your establishment again and 8 people that will tell all of our friends and the snowball starts here. To top it all off, Jennifer told us that we should just leave because we are probably just looking for a free meal. BY GOLLY GOSH... NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED THIS POORLY.
