We had a plumbing problem during a holiday and they sent someone over to the house roughly 3 hours after we called. He seemed like he was on something and he looked around the house before giving an estimate like he was trying to see what we could afford. He said he would do some other work while repairing the issue and than never did it while charging us for that service. Neffsville than sent someone else out to our house to complete the first guy's job and he had the nerve to lecture my husband about our plumbing and than try to sell a water softener to him for thousands of dollars. I had used them based on other user reviews and felt compelled to add mine after my experience. I no longer use Neffsville and would not recommend them to anyone.
