This clinic says that they make an effort to call each patient by name. But, eventhough I went there several times (sometimes a few times a week) they would still ask me repeatedly for my name. Sometimes 3 or 4 times during a conversation. Front desk girl is absolutely horrible. Although you do see Dr. Littman every time you come, she is not very informative. She does not tell you what you need to know. I have never been pregnant before and this is my first pregnancy so I have no ide
a what to expect. She did not volunteer any information. Anything I was curious about I had to ask her about myself or google it. It is just not a warm friendly place to go to. I only have one more appointment then thankfully I am done with this place. Would not recommend them unless you don't care about customer service.
