Greeted when I entered the door, which I find super important. One of the stylists talked with me about your products while I waited for the assistant to come up front and get me. Assistant did a great job on my shampoo/head massage. Paula is wonderful. Was given a tour of your facility. Very friendly staff. Positive experience.
