Auto Works is qualified and recognized by after market warranty programs to perform service. At times these warranty programs can be a challenge to work through but in the case of my Cadillac SRX Auto Works made it look easy. There was significant work to be done and they did the research on the problem and quickly put together the information the warranty company needed to authorize the work. In expensive repairs like this one the warranty program sends out a rep to confirm the work. I this case they did not as Auto Works was effective in working with the warranty company. This was a big relief for me as there is always risk when working with after market warranty programs. There are very few repair shops that have this level of credibility. I recommend you take your vehicles to Auto Works as they are honest and do excellent work.
