I turned to my previous Dental Office who is now under new mgmt. I love them and whenever I need to come in they are there for me. This office refused an appt when I was in great pain. For that reason I switched and I have not regretted it yet. Please learn from this. When your patient is in pain don't refuse them service, telling them there's no appt. avail until the next week. OMG!!!! That is no way to treat your clients.
