I scheduled a spa day for my mothers birthday and she was SO unhappy. The front desk receptionist was very nice and cordial but the staff they had doing the services were horrible! Her mani/ pedi took over an hor and a half and was OVER PRICED. The swedish massage, and body polish were even worse. She told me she felt like it was not worth $5!! It did'nt feel as if anyone was massaging her nor did she feel a difference once it was done. And to top it off, while we were leaving I noticed her polished had came (they did the mani/ pedi prior to the body services) and she bolted towards the door and told me she would rather do it herself. It was the worst birthday gift I couldve ever given my mother and I am going to see if I can get in contact with the Manager to see what she can do about this.
