I emailed a request to see if they had a certain type of antennae kit for a CB radio. I included a link to all the various parts and part numbers. It was easier than trying to explain it over the phone.
After 4 hours, I called and spoke to some guy who never gave his name. He told me to come to the shop. I advised him that I need to know if he carried what I was looking for first, because it is not convenient to get to his shop.
I mentioned the email I sent. He told me the main email address was "being worked on" and that no one got that email. I asked for another email to send it to. He gave me his personal email and told me he would get back to me. All the while he is using slang and calling me buddy.
After another 2 hours, I called back and another clueless dude answered. He put no-name slang-man back on the phone. He assured me he would answer my email and that he was just busy today.
The day ended with no return email. I had mentioned that I wanted to get the CB installed as well as buy the antennae kit. Potentially, he could have made at least $200 off of my visit, but he'd rather jerk around and not reply to customer inquiries. They are unprofessional and don't sound like they know what they are doing. And who let's their main email address go unanswered?
