I had custom ordered a Ford Fiesta, which turned out to be a complete nightmare. After months of waiting and having Ford give me the run around, I demanded my down payment back and started doing some research. Consumer Reports led me to the Honda Fit! I went to Honda in Raleigh and test drove it, but they did not have the color I wanted and the sales guy had about as much personality as a door knob. A quick internet search led me to Auto Park Honda in Cary. They had the exact car I wanted and the sales guy, Allen Alston, was incredibly personable. I will make an analogy... You know how you go to a restaurant and sometimes you get one of those servers who pushes appetizers and desserts because if the cost of the meal is higher, their tip will be higher? BUT, at the same time they are extremely friendly and easy going and genuinely want you to enjoy your meal and have a nice dining experience? You leave spending a little more than you wanted to, but at the same time the dessert was delicious and you know that if you went back you'd definitely ask for the same server. :-) Thanks Allen!
