I had a terrible experience with both the technicians and the management at Active Appliance.
My warranty company sent them out to fix my washing machine leak. The technician reported that he could not find anything wrong with the machine (the water all over my floor begs to differ) after doing a brief examination. Honestly! It sounds crazy, but true!
I called the company and spoke with a manager letting them know that the issue was not resolved and even offered to send pictures or video of the problem still occurring. They refused to send out a technician again and told me to call the warranty company. The warranty company said they were in breach of contract and were required to send out a person again if the problem is unresolved. Again, Active Appliance refused to look at the evidence or send anybody back out.
They then had the nerve to send me a bill since the warranty company refused to pay them for not rendering their contracted service. They want my money even though they did not fix the issue and stated that there was no issue? Huh?!
