This restaurant was recommended as the best ribs so I went there cuz I was too lazy to cook. The waitress recommended their signature items and other guests from other tables said I wouldn't be disappointed. I was excited cuz it's been a long time since I had some ribs. I've been around the midwest trying all sorts of food so I HAVE EATING GOOD FOOD EXPERIENCE! People in Cleveland must have never eaten food before cuz I thought it was WAAAAY overrated! You folks need to explore other restaurants so you know what good food tastes like. If I'm going out to eat, and paying a high price, then it should taste better than what I can throw down at home. If you don't know what good food tastes like, then you need to save up your pennies go to CHICAGO and eat the food there. If not then go to a place that is a little more expensive. There is a good reason why people pay the extra money for food that knocks your sox off. Here's a tip of a low quality restaurant. If it looks broke, and it's more than half empty on a weekend night, then that is your que to turn around and spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else. I don't know how these restaurants last for years serving sub par food. If I opened a restaurant next door to this one, I guarantee I would earn their 30 year loyalty with one meal and put them out of business. If you are the owner reading this then you should start thinking outside the box to challenge yourself to revamp a menu that makes a person say OMG! That food was sooooo freaking unbelieveable! So please don't be offended. This is a reality check. Too many people were just simply too afraid to tell the real deal and that will hurt the business. I 'm helping you out before it's too late and hope you can increase your customer base.
