To whom it may concern...Susan was a very sweet person whom was hired and trained by a great educator. When an employee is hired they are hired with a cosmetology degree which is the study of hair, skin and nails. The employee is responsible to fill there obligation to help in all fields. If you have ever been an employer you would know that not all employees committ 100% all the time. In our industry it takes several years to build and retain clients. Susan struggled to retain clients( as we all do when building) she could not continue and left the company on her own.
