Our vet that we used for our three animals was Dr. Church who works at this clinic. He is an AMAZING vet and is extremely compassionate and caring towards all of our animals.\r

Unfortunately, this clinic routinely neglected to disclose fees to us until after the fact when it was time to pay. This happened on approximately 2-3 occassions and even when I stated that I could not go above a certain amount and to be contacted if my bill was approaching it - I still never received a call but I sure did get a bill that was near double my stated ability to pay.\r

When we had to put our dog down, we were asked if we wanted to be present with her. I stated that yes, we did. When my husband went to pick up her ashes a few days later, we were CHARGED to be present! What?! We were never once notified there would be a charge to be present with our dog as she was put down.
