I have to say that when I found this shop online I was very excited, so I went to check it out. I thought it was especially cool that I had the option of sitting down with other beaders... maybe get a piece done or get some tips. All of my optimism however shifted to awkward uncomfortableness pretty much the moment I entered the shop. I felt like I had intruded, like I had just walked into someones living room. The owner was there (I'm assuming her name is Erin after reading the posts) and another young woman. I walked around uncomfortably, was never greeted or asked if I needed help. After maybe 15 minutes of browsing, I finally attempted to ask a few questions about product. She seems annoyed, cold and even condescending then went back to her conversation with a friend. The whole air in the shop felt thick. Regretfully I went on to purchase a couple of tiny bags of seed beads and had the same cold, unhelpful experience to say the least.
