When I called BrightStar, I talked to a live person!! They were very helpful in answering my questions and asked the ones that never even crossed my mind. They seemed to care about my situation and give me and my family peace of mind in this difficult time. Also, they are a 24/7 business, so it helps to know that if I call for whatever reason, I will talk to a person, not a machine.
