I have tried for 2 different days to make an appt and have been put on hold for over 17 mins just today before giving up and calling another Dr's office! Seriously, if they are that busy they do not need any other patients. I agree with an earlier complaint because the last time I did go for my annual eye exam, I waited over 45 mins in the waiting room and then another 15 mins for the Dr. The Dr. is good but the rest of the palce is not want I personally want for my eye care. I am done with them!
