I was very disappointed in the service I received by John M Downey carpet cleaners. First I scheculed an appointment and for some reason the person who was scheduling did not give my appointment to the driver so my husband stayed home all day and no one ever came. I called the company and they said they would do a free scotchgard to make up for the mix up in scheduling. I rescheduled and was promised that I would have the first appointment available. My husband once again sat at our house waiting. The cleaner was supposed to be there at 9am...at 10am my husband called me and said noone had shown yet. I called the company and yet another scheduling mix up, they told us 9am but scheduled us for 12:30pm. Another day wasted. Finally they got someone there at 11:30am. The carpet is clean but the service was horrible. Also my husband left the house shortly after the cleaner left, as he was driving he saw the van pulled over on the side of the road and the carpet tech was changing signs on th
