Bob's discount store is horrible to deal with. You never get a "person" when trying to contact customer service, it is always the same recording and then Bob screams in your ear about how much he hates to wait on hold too and to use his email system. Doesn't he get it about customer service???????????? Never mind the problems we had with the delivery of furniture and how the people that they hire do not know nor do they care about how they put furniture together and then the bed falls to the ground. As well, as the delivery people expect you take take an entire day off of work just to wait around for them. AGAIN, I ask, does he not know about customer service. And on and on and on I can go about the store and their customer service. Oh, did I mention I have been waiting for 3 months for a credit they promised me and said it was "all set" in their system, and now I've been on hold for 40 minutes trying to get my credit.
