We had a sewage backup in our basement. The Roto-Rooter webpage was very easy to navigate and I found a phone number right away. An appointment was set up for 11 to 1 but due to prior jobs their schedule was pushed back. I was notified immediately of the schedule change and things were explained in a clear manner. When the technician arrived he was very sensitive to my own schedue and worked quickly and efficiently to take care of the sitation. He also explained things very clearly and made sure I was aware of all options before we made any decisions.
