We decided to try Sparano's last weekend. After they screwed up our order, my wife called back to let them know. She was eventually harrassed for trying to scam a free pizza out of them, even though she never asked for any kind of compensation. \r

This pizza itself is the worst we have had in Grandview, and the customer service was inexcusable. We won't be back. Ever.
