We went through 4 teachers change and change of the ownership from adventure to hope montessori.
I do not recommend this facility for a toddler. Their setting is 1 toilet for 20 toddlers capacity. The rooms are certified for 12-24 month old. But they are not designed for potty training toddlers, they are designed for diaper changing. Only their primary rooms are designed to potty train children and have more then 1 toiled for 20 children. The facility was extremely unhelpful potty training. From not changing cloth diapers to providing not true information about how many times the child was offered to go to the bathroom (they were offering 2-3 times to the potty trained child). The child was potty trained. Regressed to 100% misses at the facility and refusal to use their toilet. Was re-trained at home and brought back to the facility. Was successful using the potty for couple weeks and then the facility changed the teacher and my child toileting settings. Up to the point that administration communicated to me that it is not their job to potty train the child. This is not what was sold at the beginning. The Montessori settings is not supposed to be like this. The facility caused a lot of personal stress and was not helpful. The teachers are trying to be nice, but I do not know which administration was worse the old one or the new one. The facility has very high children drop off rate, the highest then any montessory in 20 miles radius. I should not being putting the child these in the first place, I wanted Montessori school. Hard lesson to learn indeed.
pros: several very loving teachers
cons: big turn over of children, unhelpful management, they do oversell their services and do not stand true to their promices
