I came from NYC to check out MIddlesex. After waiting for 1.5 hours in line and making little progress, I asked the bouncer what was happening. He couldn't speak well and couldn't provide reasonable answers. I had seen nearly 30 people leave the club and only 5 enter. There were clearly door politics going on, but the funny thing was, not even 'Exclusive People' were entering. It was as if they wanted to keep a line no matter what. Funny? I quickly learned from some bystanders that there was serious drug usage (pretending to snort cocaine) going on inside the club. The bouncers were rude and not educated enough to hold a reasonable conversation. Middlesex reminds me of the clubs in NYC that don't make it past year 1. I hope they get their act together.
