I should have been on the alert when I first talked to the front office, they said as I new patient I would be getting ""...an oral treatment plan.."" The ""deep cleaning"" turned out to be an expensive treatment for gum pockets which I have had all my life. I found the dentist to be very unwilling to talk about what he was going to do. Desensitizing gums prior to receiving a numbing shot is not practiced. Following one procedure, I found the inside of my mouth had been cut and burned. Despite having a dental discount plan, the office refuses to honor the 6 month cleaning at the suggested co-pay. I will not be returning.
