Had taken my car to repair transmission gasket issue. After a year it started leaking again. Had to have my car towed back to them. They provided free labor to fix the problem again. Had them change the oil that cost me $170 which I thought was ridiculous since they don't tell you ahead of time. Negative experience so far. A few days later, my engine light turns on. By now, I decided to take my car to the dealer. Dealer tells me that during the oil change, this company had failed to put the oil filter on correctly and that I should ask for my money back. I called and talked to the manager and he started chewing me out because I did not bring it back to him. I was supposed to know that the bad oil change they performed caused my engine light to turn on. By now, I am thinking that they did it intentionally to get me back for more service charges that they can blame on something else. I will never return to this place. They need to realize that they need their customers more than their customers Need them. Can you believe he started chewing me out over their mistake. I found it hard to believe that they are that bold.
