I was in here one day and witnessed a total fit by an unhappy customer. She screamed and yelled and cursed-all while holding her toddler on her hip. I was embarrassed for her and everyone in the showroom. I bought my car as planned anyway. Darrel was kind and considerate and honest and that means a lot to me. The truck runs fine and I'm sure it will continue to do so. If anything happens, I'm positive Darrell will make sur it gets fixed
