DISHONEST. This one word describes how they do business.
I recently purchased a vehicle from there and they were very adamant that the price they were giving me was ""the best we can do""....was said over and over.
I purchased the vehicle and later found their list of inventory with all the VIN #'s and the price at which they were listed. Needless to say, I found the vehicle I purchased was considerably less than what I paid for it.
They were told the circumstances of my purchase, yet they did nothing. No apology and no resolve.
I warn you to be very wary if you HAVE to deal with The Smith Group.
