I've been using yellow cab for three years. My hope was that by staying true to one company I could have some reliability of service. Tonight was the first night I put that to the test. I went out drinking and needed a safe ride home. They told me they would not pick me up on state, and told me to ""flag a cab""(not a good plan in SB for a woman alone at night). I call dispatch to have a record of a solo woman in a cab at night. They won't do that! Even for a long term customer. I'm done with yellow. They are more expensive than the competition and there is no benefit to using them. Good luck girls try someone else.
