They installed mirrors in our bathrooms when our house was built, and glued them to the walls. Twelve years later the glue on one very large mirror gave out and fell. Could've killed our daughter if she'd been in the bathroom at the time!\r

The response from Federal Glass was atrocious. Rude, unapologetic, unconcerned for our safety, or apparently for the safety of any other customer with whom they might've used a similarly flawed attachment procedure.\r

So if you use this company, make sure you have them do more than glue mirrors to the wall. And pray you don't have anything out of the ordinary happen that forces you to deal with a customer service issue.
