this place will try to rip you off by saying your papers are no good and needs to be copied and charge you for it. in my case i was trying to fax something and i had to return 3 times because i didn't carry the number with me to confirm it went through. it was important i get those documents out so i went with each time nycc told me they had to charge me for it. there last excuse was the office i was trying to send my papers to had a horrible fax machine which i highly doubt due to the extremely old equipment they had.
i've been to this place a few times since it was so close to home and now i notice there pattern of trying to charge you for things you didnt need in the first place. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYBODY TO GO TO KINKO'S ON ASTOR PLACE!
