I have never been treated as rudely by anyone as by Steve at Monarch Realty. He acted as if he didn't have the time of day for me. I was charged a $30 fee for a credit check that was never run and they denied me a rental based on information that was falsely given to them. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
