asked for 6 photos for the canadian Visa, and they claimed they can do it, size 35x45 mm, and i showed them the requirements, ended up by double size photo, after i went to the Embassy photos rejected. I did them by myself with my own printer, photos accepted. Went back to the store, they said cant gve refund, give us second chance! what sensless thiefs. I was sure they wont get it right, the did the photos again, same wrong size, and still they refused refund. \r
Im so frustrated, i will dispute this charge on my credit card. I wish they go to Hill as they have no respect or pride to customer satisfaction.
