I had worked for HD for a little over four years, and I have to say they are very customer first.\r

Every cashier waits at the end of their register to greet customers and be easily accessible for help.\r

I have not once found a retail store which does this. HD has set the bar on how I expect to be treated when I shop. It has also set the standard for a friendly work environment with managers who really try to make work more enjoyable.
