i was in shock, when i came out of the store, Optical Insight. my eye sight has never been 20 x 20, not even with glasses, due to the lack of support and service that ive been receiving from various optical stores.the day i decided to switch optometrists, the switch resulted in a way that was very beneficial to my life, and the way i literally see the world. what great and caring service came to my attention as i stepped foot through the doors to the amazing store that changed my life. i dont know what they did, but whatever it was, worked on me. i was elated to wear my new glassed as i walked out the door, feeling free, like i was a new person with 20 x 20 vision. i also took a pack of contacts home with me to try as well. my eyes usually got irritated fast, therefore, i thought it was a waste of money. although, when i tried on the contacts from this store, optical insight, it was a relief to discover the new item was a big helper. they were moist, and i felt no irritation coming through my eyes. within a week later, when the pack ran out, briefly made a trip back to Optical Insight, to buy a whole set. to top it off, the staff was so sweet, and worked their system rapidly with no flaws. i am in luck for noticing the store on my way before work one day.
