I've been working out at Training Zone for years and continue to do so because it's a great little private training facility.
I've done the owner's Matt's Saturday morning spin class many times and it is absolutely killer in the best possible way. Added bonus the bikes are new (less than a year old) and adjustable every which way so I am comfortable through the entire hour long class. Overall, the gym's equipment is kept in good working order and is always very clean.
In addition to spin classes, I do done one-on-one and group training sessions with Preston, Colet and Martinez...all three of whom are fantastic, knowledgeable trainers capable of helping just about anyone reach their fitness goals. I enjoy small group sessions the most because I get to work out with other clients and we cheer each other on when we feel like rolling over and playing dead. I've met some incredibly nice, professional people in group sessions and some of them have even become my friends outside of the gym.
I like that I'm always warmly greeted as soon as enter ""The Zone"" AND given a clean towel AND a complimentary bottle of water at every workout. I also like that there is ample parking conveniently located right outside the gym door. I'm able to get in and out very quickly and appreciate that the gym is adjacent to Publix and a dry cleaners so I can quickly knock out a few errands after my workout.
Lastly, I really like Training Zone's pricing. To save a bit of money I buy group sessions in packages of 10 and pay less than $40/session for kick ass workouts. What a bargain!
