We asked for 1 hour service and were NEVER told about the ""four hour minimum"" we were charged $440 for 1 hour and they refused to make multiple trips to and from the church to the reception, my parents were late to the event they hosted and paid for. The service is terrible and unfriendly, i do not reccomend.
