Our experience with Surreal Systems was great. From the very beginning, Matt came by and helped us spec a system that is ideal for our house. We were doing an extensive remodel, and I told Matt the best part of the remodel experience was the home entertainment system.
Matt tells you exactly what he is going to do and he does it. They put in a TV, speakers in several rooms, and a gaming system. And, they put all of the electronics in a media cabinet in a closet. The only thing outside the closet is the TV and the remote. It was a great experience.
