I was also a purchaser of the Living Social voucher. After reading the reviews, I should have immediately contacted Living Social for a refund. However, I decided to give them a chance and called to place my order. The lady that I spoke with was pleasant and took my order and assured me that the cupcakes would be delivered at 10:00. She also explained that they would call to confirm the day before. No call, No delivery, No cupakes. Infact, no answer when I tried to telephone and e-mail them. E-mails bounced and the voicemail box was full, so I could not even leave a message. For those of you who have the Living Social deal still, avoid the frustration and apply for a refund!
