I'd been to Wax On once and talked my boyfriend into going. He'd been there once with Heather and it was a great experience. She was very professional and patient . We went back a second time and got Stephanie. She obviously did not like to do men's brazilians and acted as if she just wanted to get it over as quickly as possible. When my boyfriend flinched in pain and asked her not to be so rough she got annoyed and said it was what she needed to do to get the service done. She was rude and he ended up asking her to just stop and he'd go somewhere else. She didn't apologize and just left him leave. She was horrible. Obviously she's in the wrong line of work. Neither of us have gone back.
