I've gotten my hair done at visible changes 2 times prior to getting a new haircut this past Monday. First time, I was pleased, second time, I was disappointed. This past Monday I came in to get my long hair cut into a bob. I needed someone who knew how to handle curly hair because I have really curly hair and that was the reason I was disappointed on my last visit because the stylist couldn't get my hair to straighten out. The reception at the front desk recommended me Cynthia and told me he gets his hair cut from her and she's wonderful. I told him, if she's good as you say she is, I'll take your word for it and to schedule me with her. When I got there, I got my hair washed and massaged by Tony, (awesome person) then escorted me to Cynthia's booth. Upon meeting Cynthia she was really nice, told me not to worry since I was super nervous. At then end, I was amazed at her work and loved the new me. My husband was also pleased. I will definitely go back to her and if you have super curly hair or wanting a drastic change. I also would recommend Cynthia. Oh and she was very helpful in helping me fix my bangs that I tried to cut myself at home. :-/
