I work for a Breast Center in Nashville. I called the surgical center at Southern Hills. For over 2 hours, I dealt with the rude, slow, unprofessional behavior of a hateful employee on the phone. Meanwhile a patient waits in a room with my provider because apparently someone at SH surgical does not like or feel like doing their job today. We thank you for the patient and we will guarantee quality care and caring, professional, loving individuals to provide this care for the patient that you did not feel like taking the time to take care of while at your facility or at ours.
