They are not about the people coz if they were, they would ask if we needed any refills which they didn't, they would have picked up the empty plates that have been sitting around, he would've asked if we were ""ok"", if we needed anything else to fatten his tip but no. Worst of all, the ladies room has no lock on one, and the other stall is clogged. What the hell?!? I had to storm out of there. You could imagine how pissed off I was. Bottom line is : poor service and no restrooms for ladies.
