I was surprised that Joe didn't ask for any money up front, and took payment in full on completion. We had Ground Source install Palmetto St. Augustine this Spring. We have shade and sun so that was supposed to be a good choice. The sod came out with some brown patch on it (fungus), and Joe said it would be fine. We then received almost two weeks of straight rain fall, and all the sod died as it never had a chance to dry out and had fungus when it was installed. They offer a 30 day guarantee. When I called to report the problem someone was out the next day, to my surprise they said it was beyond chemical treatment and said they would be out as soon as the farm had the fungus issues under control to replace all 18 pallets at no further costs to us. They had to use a different supplier to get healthy grass, but our Seville St. Augustine lawn is beautiful and all the neighbors talk about it. They weren't the cheapest, but when you stand behind your product you sell I'll gladly pay the extra 10% over the guy with no guarantee and no insurance. Thanks again!
