I have been going to Grace's for the last two years. I have had most of their instructors and every one of them were great. I currently take with Annie and she is really great! I am a dentist and have problems with stress and tension in my shoulder and back from the work i do. I am much more flexible now and seem not to be putting so much stress on one side of my body as before. I would never have even thought about any of these things which makes all the difference in the world! Grace runs a wonderful studio and every one is friendly and works hard on the problems they have with their bodys. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who needs help with their bodies or just for a good all over work out!
