It's very hard to find authentic mexican food, although alot of Mexican restaurants advertise authentic, but they're really not. Salsas restaurant is very authentic and very delicous. Here you will find out that mexican food is not only about rice and beans. You will discover great dishes at this restaurant. I got to Cathedral City from Los Angeles just to go to this restaurant. The staff is very nice also.
