The DMV collects millions of dollars, yet they do not have a web site. When I brought my mother to thier office she brought her original State Birth Certificate, her current drivers license from another state, her local bank statement and two bills with her current address. They would not renew her license, or give her a current ID because she did not have her Marriage Certificate. Her husband died in 1985 and we brought everything she was told to bring. They never mentioned the Marriage License until we were there in person.
