We took some kitchen knives in to be sharpened. Well, their grinder broke. I suppose that happens, so we were told the knives would be hand sharpened (this was on a Saturday.) We returned on the following Tuesday and admidst the rumblings of who should have done what, and so-and-so will get fired, we found out that our knives were forgotten. So, at no charge to us, the knives were going to be ""taken care of"" that day. We were unable to return until Saturday afternoon (4 days later), and guess what??? No one had sharpened the knives!! They tried to hap-hazzardly get it done on the spot, but were not able to do so - shocker - the grinder was still broken!! How do places like this stay in business?? Do yourself and favor and don't waste your time or money at this establishment.
