When I have had major work Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been there for me. They put things in by my specifications, and when something didn't work out they replaced it and absorbed the cost. When I call they know me by my first name, and they get someone out right away.
I have used them for maybe 4 years, and I think they are first class. I don't think they rip me off. I once had another plumber in to fix a leaking toilet valve, and I was in the middle of several crises at work. He told me it needed to be totally rebuilt, and I am pretty sure he ripped me off. It was the last time I used those other guys.
