I went to Alexanders because my friend recommended Marissa as a stylist who would take her time during our initial consultation and I was not disappointed. Sadly, I had come to her on a rescue mission from my previous haircut and she was very interested in helping me get my hair back on track. I felt I was in good hands and she gave me a nice cut while I grow the rest out. The whole experience at the salon was really nice. The shampoo/neck massage was relaxing and they even offered me a hot pack to keep my hands warm under the cape during my cut. I also got a free keratin treatment as a bonus for booking that week and that was a nice plus. The staff was very professional and welcoming and I'm looking forward to going back.
