This was the worst experience I have ever had. My wine tasted disgusting, possibly rancid. So I asked if I could have a different glass of wine. The waiter looked confused, came back and said the manager actually said they would not replace the wine, that I had to pay for what I ordered and drink that!! Have you ever heard of a restaurant saying that?? Meanwhile, we had ordered our food just a few minutes before but I was so irritated, we decided to leave. I PAID FOR our drinks that we didnt drink and we went across the street to Dewey's Pizza. Well, the manager/owner of Lemongrass (a small young looking asian man with a pony tail) actually followed us into Dewey's, started yelling at us in front of everybody, demanding payment for our meal that we didnt even eat (or have served to us at all). I said NO I was not going to pay for it and to call the cops if he wanted. Well, HE DID. He called the freakin' cops. My boyfriend went back across the street to take care of it but thery ended up making him pay for a meal we never ate!! Can you believe this??? Absolutely horrifying customer service. Tell everyone you know that the Lemongrass is terrible.
